The worlds got ONE PLUS 5

The One plus 5 (also abbreviated as OP5) is a smartphone made by one plus. It is successor to the one plus 3T released in 2016.the one plus 5 was officially unveiled during a keynote on 20 June 2017.

                      

  The verge announced in May 2017 that the upcoming smartphone would be named as one plus 5. This decision was due to the number four for being unlucky (tetra phobia) in china.

One plus confirmed that the handset would feature a snapdragon 835 processor prior to the launch. One plus also noted it’s worked with image processing firm DxO to improve the camera on the device.

HARDWARE 

As moving on toward to the hardware part the one plus 5 has an anodized metal back like its predecessor the one plus 3 and 3T. The handset is currently available in slate gray (black/gray) and soft (white/gold) color. The limited edition soft gold was released on 7 august 2017. A midnight black (black/matte black) color was also manufactured but later removed from their website. Another special edition version made in association with Castelbajac exclusively available in Europe. It features slate gray with handwriting, along with the hardware button.

PROCESSOR

Now talk about what is under the hood on this smartphone, the device comes with snapdragon 835 chipset clocked at 2.45 GHz, with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB storage. It has a 3300 mAh with one plus’ proprietary, dash charging technology and a 1080p AMOLED display with DCI-P3 wide color gamut.

 

CAMERA

 

Following criticism of prior models’ camera quality. One plus implemented an electronically-stabilized 16 MP Sony Exmor IMX 398 camera module along with a 20 MP Sony Exmor IMX 350 telephoto lens, capable of producing a bokeh effect. The front camera uses a 16MP IMX 371 lens. One plus claims that the dual camera enable a 1.6x optical zoom; however independent testing has only reproduced 1.33X optical zoom. DxOmark gave the camera a rating of 87 which is quite good.           

                   
       The company released the device tree and kernel sources a few days prior to the phones launch. It has TWRP and a root access. One plus 5 was launched with Oxygen os 4.5 based on android 7.1.1. One feature in oxygen OS is a reading mode…

Under my knowledge this phone is for those who want that their phone will do some heavier work or run heavy application smoothly and someone needs great photography with some detailing provides a good picture quality. The phone also have TWRP and kernel so the person who somehow get bored with the interface so he/she can change it or customize it completely and it is ready to go………………
